Redwing black birds

As March opens we find flocks of red wing blackbirds.  Can you spot the scarlet red and yellow patches on the wings? I see about 12.  But they are mostly males.  The females, sorry, have no red wings!  They will make their appearance from the south in a few weeks, after the males have established their territories.
