Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.  Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.  Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress; I will not be shaken.

Psalm 62;1, 5

This is the first day after celebrating walking with the Lord Jesus for 70 amazing years.  This Psalm expresses my feeling.

Indeed, Jesus and all the blessings of heaven have been more than I could have possibly imagined.  I am dealing with a few health issues just now, but nothing distracts from the marvelous truth that God is my sure refuge and my hope comes from him.   

He is my rock, my salvation, my fortress!  I am under the protection of God Almighty.
