Ouch.

While trimming bushes yesteday I cut myself.  I enjoyed seeing the bright red blood cleansing the wound.   Blood is a marvelous thing, even a cleanser.

Our pure white lilac

Overlooking our pond is the white lilac, rejoicing in the sunlight that is slowly absorbing the dew.  We are so pleased that this wonderful flower blooms just outside our window, giving us great delight.
