Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.

Ephesians 6:23, 24

I love this final phrase, closing one of the deepest and warmest letters ever written, a prayer for us all.  We hear the words, Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.  Our deepest need is for grace.   We do not hear this word much now.  It is a gift of God to all who believe in the saving, keeping and rewarding work of Jesus Christ.   It is not just a tangible gift like an item, it is nothing less than divine favor.  For us who believe and experience the love of God in all things this word expresses so much!  It is indeed an unmerited gift from the heart of God.

May the Grace of God rest mightly on those who love Jesus with a love that does not shift or change.
