Yesterday, Anna Ruth, Jane and I visited the wildfowl sanctuary at nearby Middle Creek where we were actually surrounded by snow geese that spend some time at this spot on their way north where they will nest.  It is great fun standing surrounded by honking geese, all in a flurry of excitement.
