We enjoy keeping in touch with our Amish neighbors, Abner and Ari Beiler. We drive them around now and again when they need us.  For our help they provide us with free range eggs, the brown kind. And they surprise is now and again with some down-to-earth gifts like these for Christmas – pickles, red beets for making deviled eggs and grape jam. The deer meat they gave us is already consumed!  Great neighbors, indeed.
